180 EXCAVATOR
The requirements for a E.W.T 180 excavator are as follows:

25 Questions in a controlled environment with no disturbances.

Complete all pre-start and running checks.

Manoeuvre through a chicane in a forward and reverse direction.

Travel over varying terrain.

Travel up and down a gradient.
- Stop and start on the gradient while travelling uphill
- Stop and start on the gradient while travelling downhill

Excavate 4 trenches with the backhoe set at right angles to form a square.
- 6 meters per trench
- 1 meter deep.

Form a spoil heap utilising the multi-purpose bucket.

Load material onto vehicle.

Remove and attach bucket.

Backfill and reinstate excavated area to original state using both the multipurpose bucket (front) and backhoe.

Shut down procedures.

The full test must be completed within 2hrs 45mins.

Additional info:
The operators manual must be accessible. A vehicle must be available for loading duties. An area available for the excavation duties that is free from underground services. The slope must be sufficient incline with manoeuvring room on the top. All equipment must meet P.U.W.E.R regulations.
