The requirements for a 360 E.W.T are as follows:

• 25 Questions in a controlled environment with no disturbances.

• Complete all pre-start and running checks.

• Travel through a restriction in a forward and reverse direction.

• Travel over varying terrain.

• Travel up and down a gradient.

• Form a load out bench appropriate for loading vehicles.

• Excavate a trench with vertical ends. 

- Below 10 tonnes - 10 meters

- Above 10 tonnes - 15-20 meters

- Trench depth must be 1 meter

- Back fill and reinstate to original state.

• Remove and attach bucket.​

• Shut down procedures.

• The full test must be completed within 2hrs 15mins.

The operators manual must be accessible. The incline must be sufficient to demonstrate the correct procedures for travelling up and down a gradient as per manufacturers recommendations. ​An area available and checked for underground services must be available for a trench of up to 20 meters. A vehicle must be available for loading duties. A forward tipping dumper is recommended that can receive at least 2 full buckets. All equipment must meet P.U.W.E.R regulations.
